Clarification Regarding My Former Affiliation With Luxe Harmony

Over the past several months, I have received occasional inquiries from clients and colleagues asking about my relationship with a company called Luxe Harmony Music LLC. In the interest of transparency and to avoid any confusion within the wedding and events community, I want to clarify the current situation.

I am no longer affiliated with Luxe Harmony Music LLC in any capacity.

Background

I started working as a contractor for Luxe Harmony in October 2023. After booking and playing events for some months, I became manager of the company. In January 2025, I was offered and accepted a partnership in the company, and at that juncture began to really work hmat building the brand. Between January-July 2025 I brought in over 45K in revenue for the company. I build a music library of over 700 pieces. I created contracts for the company using my experience as an attorney to help protect the company. I attended events, recorded events, edited recordings, posted to social media, and grew our Instagram account to almost 2000 followers in a span of six months. I managed the finances, booked clients, performed event management, played gigs, drove across the state, stayed in hotels, all for significantly low pay. However, I was under the assumption that I would be a partner and was therefore building equity in Luxe Harmony. I was happy to do that knowing I would be involved as a partner and co-owner of the company.

In June 2025, the owner offered for me to become owner of Luxe Harmony. While this was surprising, I was extremely excited.

Two weeks later, the owner of Luxe Harmony cut my booking fees for an event I booked, organized, attended on my own free time, took recordings of, etc. When confronted, the owner simply told me she was “restructuring” our pay. I asked the owner then: did she still want me to be her partner? Her answer: “I don’t know.”

This was the turning point for me. I resigned in August 2025, taking nothing with me except the videos I had taken. I was extremely saddened, but knew it was time to go on my own.

Since that time my professional focus has been entirely dedicated to building Perle Noire Strings as a boutique ensemble specializing in luxury wedding and event music throughout Florida.

Use of My Likeness and Work

While I have tried to keep this dispute out of the public arena, Luxe Harmony has unfortunately made it so that I have to address issues publicly. Despite my departure from Luxe Harmony, promotional materials associated with that company have continued to display:

  • my likeness and image

  • recordings of my performances

  • videos and photographs created during my time performing with the company

  • musical recordings that I created or performed in

Since October 2025, I have made multiple requests asking that these materials be removed so that there is no confusion about my current professional affiliations.

The continued presence of this material has created understandable confusion among potential clients, planners, and musicians who assume I remain associated with the company.

Non-payment For Work Performed

At this time, Luxe Harmony has underpaid me for several events I have booked on the company’s behalf. Several events remain unpaid. This is not only unprofessional, but it undermines the hard work and dedication I put into Luxe Harmony.

Clarifying My Current Business

All of my current work in the wedding and events industry is conducted exclusively through Perle Noire Strings.

Perle Noire Strings is a separate business that I founded and operate independently. Any performances, bookings, or collaborations involving my work should be directed through that company.

Moving Forward

My goal in publishing this statement is simply to provide clarity for clients, planners, venues, and fellow musicians within the events community.

I remain committed to providing high-quality musical experiences through Perle Noire Strings and to maintaining transparent and professional relationships within the industry.

If you have questions about booking or collaborations, please contact Perle Noire Strings directly.
